State Registration

Official publication. Certificate of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine on the inclusion of the publishing entity in the state register of publishers, manufacturers, and distributors of publishing products, series DK № 8227, dated April 23, 2025.

The publisher is registered with the international organization Global Register of Publishers and has an agreement with the State Scientific Institution "Book Chamber of Ukraine named after Ivan Fedorov" for assigning international standard numbers ISBN and UDC to publications.

Compliance with Standards

All publications comply with the requirements of the State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU 4861:2007 "Information and Documentation. Publications. Front Matter").

• Each publication contains a storage code consisting of the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) index and the author’s mark.
• The storage code is applied to the entire print run and placed in the top-left corner of the back of the title page.
• The UDC index is selected according to the subject of the publication in accordance with international indexing rules, allowing effective identification and retrieval of publications in scientific databases both in Ukraine and abroad.
