EDITORIAL POLICY
The conference materials editorial team conducts initial evaluation of submitted scientific works, checking their compliance with established requirements and, if necessary, performing technical editing. At the same time, the editorial team does not make any changes to the author's text without prior consent from the author. Full scientific expertise involving external reviewers is not conducted, therefore all responsibility for the reliability of the presented results and the absence of plagiarism in the works lies with the author and (if applicable) the scientific supervisor.
The editorial policy provides for the following:

- The author (or the person responsible for submission) confirms that the manuscript meets the requirements set out on the website, complies with the norms of academic integrity, is the final, completed version and does not require significant revisions.
- All materials are published according to the schedule approved by the editorial board and in accordance with the conditions specified on the official information resources.
- The editorial board reserves the right to make changes to the policy or ethical standards without prior notice. New editorial provisions are considered effective from the moment of their publication in open access.
- During technical formatting, the editorial team has the right to correct minor technical deficiencies and format according to the publication's requirements, however, substantive or scientific editing without agreement with the author is not allowed.
- If the manuscript does not meet the requirements (including in case of detected plagiarism or other violations), the editorial board may send it for revision with specific recommendations or reject the publication. In case of rejection of an already paid manuscript, the fee is refunded in full.
- The author or responsible person has the right to withdraw the manuscript before the deadline for submission of materials for the current issue, even if it has already been submitted and accepted for consideration. In this case, the paid organizational fee is also subject to full refund.
- If the editorial board has grounds to doubt that the responsible person represents the interests of the author collective (including scientific supervisors, translators, etc.), it has the right to make a corresponding inquiry or completely reject the publication. In such a case, the organizational fee is refunded.
- The editorial board is obliged to refuse publication if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the service or participation conditions do not meet the expectations or needs of the author or other involved persons. In this case, the paid fee is also refunded.
