The Editorial Board is a permanent working body that provides academic and organizational support for preparing materials for publication. Its activity is aimed at forming high-quality content and ensuring compliance with modern standards of academic integrity.

The Editorial Board includes researchers, university educators, and specialists in relevant fields who have experience in research and editorial work.

Main functions of the Editorial Board:

• expert evaluation of submitted materials;

• verification of compliance with formatting requirements and profile relevance;
• ensuring academic integrity;

Doctor of Economic Sciences, Head of the Department for Cooperation with International Technical Assistance Projects, Working Bodies of INTOSAI and EUROSAI, and European Union Operational Programmes, Accounting Chamber of Ukraine. Senior Research Fellow of the Department of Financial, Credit and Tax Policy, National Scientific Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics”. Author of more than 150 scientific publications in leading professional journals in Ukraine and abroad.

Ievgen Alfimov

Specialist in power supply systems for nuclear facilities with over 20 years of professional experience, participant in international engineering projects including the New Safe Confinement (Chernobyl) and the Centralized Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Facility (Ukraine), with experience in the construction of wind power plants and grid substations, and involvement in projects of the International Committee of the Red Cross aimed at restoring Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.

Yuliia Shapoval

PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Specialist of the Highest Category, Lecturer-Methodologist, Head of the Cycle Commission at the Balakliia Pedagogical Professional College of the Municipal Institution “Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy”, author of numerous scientific publications and monographs in the field of education and pedagogy. Awarded a Certificate of Recognition for a significant contribution to the linguistic and cultural preparation of U.S. Peace Corps volunteers at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
