Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. This Policy describes the procedure established by the Contractor (https://naukainfo.com/) for the cancellation and refund of payments received from Users in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement for the provision of services. The Contractor establishes this procedure exclusively within the requirements of the current edition of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

2. The User has the right to refuse the provision of services and demand a full refund of the paid organizational fee if the Contractor has not commenced the fulfillment of its obligations on time or performs the work so slowly that it becomes impossible to complete it within the specified period.

3. The User has the right to unilaterally terminate the public offer agreement and refuse the provision of services for any other reasons by sending a corresponding email to the address journal@naukainfo.com. In such a case, the User has the right to demand a partial refund of the paid organizational fee regarding that part of the work that has not yet been performed.

4. The proper quality of the provided services or performed work is confirmed by their compliance with the declared characteristics in the informational materials posted on the Contractor's Site, as well as in promotional materials created and distributed by the Contractor.

5. The User has the right to demand a full refund of the paid organizational fee in case a significant defect is found in the provided service, which arose due to the fault of the Contractor. A significant defect is one that makes it impossible to use the service and possesses at least one of the following characteristics:

6. In case a defect is found in the provided service, which arose due to the fault of the Contractor but cannot be classified as significant, the User has the right to demand from the Contractor:

If a defect or a significant defect is found in the provided service or part of the performed work, which arose due to the fault of the Contractor, the User must as soon as possible, but no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of provision of this service or performance of this part of the work, send an email appeal to the address journal@naukainfo.com with a justification of their demands and a description of the identified defect.

8. The absence of an appeal from the User to the Contractor within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of service provision or work performance regarding their quality is considered confirmation of the absence of any claims on their part.

9. According to current legislation, printed publications are classified as non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return. Thus, printed books with conference materials, printed certificates of participation, and other printed materials received by the User within the framework of service provision cannot be returned; the user does not have the right to demand a refund of the organizational fee and/or other payments for work performed or services provided.

10. The Contractor is not responsible for non-performance, delay in performance, or other improper performance of its obligations and defects in the work performed or services provided if they arose due to the fault of the User himself or as a result of force majeure circumstances.
