Payment
The organizational fee for participation is 390.00 UAH.

Participants may optionally request an individual DOI (CrossRef) identifier for their article or abstracts (available for an additional fee of 290 UAH).
A DOI provides a permanent international link to the publication, facilitates citation and discovery in academic databases, enhances the academic visibility of the work, and allows it to be easily added to Google Scholar, ORCID, and ResearchGate.

Immediately after payment of the organizational fee, each participant receives a conference participation certificate (24 hours of participation | 0.8 ECTS credits).

State Registration

Official publication. Certificate of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine on the inclusion of the publishing entity in the state register of publishers, manufacturers, and distributors of publishing products, series DK № 8227, dated April 23, 2025.

The publisher is registered with the international organization Global Register of Publishers and has an agreement with the State Scientific Institution "Book Chamber of Ukraine named after Ivan Fedorov" for assigning international standard numbers ISBN and UDC to publications.

Participants' articles will be published in the collection with assignment of ISBN 978-617-8680-67-1 and UDC, publication details Kharkiv, Ukraine, electronic version (Conference Proceedings) will be available on this page no later than 14 days after the conference end date.
